Cassie's first experience with yoga was in high school gym class. After graduation, she drifted away from the practice until her early twenties, when recurring back pain brought her to a chiropractor. That experience inspired her to strengthen her core and spine to better support her posture. Along the way, Cassie rediscovered yoga—and quickly fell in love with it.
As a teacher, she’s passionate about guiding power vinyasa classes that help students build both physical and emotional strength while still having fun. Cassie also teaches a parent-and-baby class, offering a supportive space where parents can step out of the hectic rhythms of daily life, connect with their bodies, and enjoy some much-needed movement.
