Cassie grew up playing sports year-round, surrounded by an era of extreme dieting and the belief that you had to push harder and eat less to be "healthy". Over time, her relationship with movement and nutrition shifted. She no longer exercises to compete — she moves to feel strong, empowered, and connected to her body. She focuses on fueling herself rather than depriving herself, and in the process she's grown stronger both mentally and physically.
Today, she teaches yoga throughout the week and offers nutrition coaching designed to support both everyday wellness and performance-focused goals. Whether someone wants to feel better in their daily life or is working toward hitting a new milestone, Cassie loves helping them build sustainable habits that make those goals possible.
When Cassie's not working with clients, you'll find her hiking, snowboarding, or spending time with her husband and son. And yes — carbs are her favorite. Pasta and sourdough forever!
